The trucks are designed as typical arch bar trucks. The wheel diameter represents 22" prototype wheels and the wheelbase is set to 36". The gear ratio is 2.0.

Normally, those early trucks had wooden lower bolsters. I decided to use a heavy style steel bolster, laminated from flat bar. This bolster gives 4 more pounds of weight to each truck. The story will tell, that the roundhouse crew has replaced the wooden bolsters after a derailment, while the bolster was broken.
