To reach my estimated final weight of more than 50 kg (100 lbs), I designed the frame by using massive rectangular bars and give them the look of a typical I-beam frame. This design is very strong, heavy and makes some parts easier to build. At the end of the chapter, I'll add a large number of detail stuff to the frame to make it look right.
